关于living trust的更多问题

我也有和下面moon1210同样的问题。非常感谢柠檬椰子汁和水中捞月的讨论，很好地帮我理清了思路。

我和领导也正在办living trust中，只有一个娃，十一岁。

- 我的律师只给办living trust, 没提will。是不是需要特别和律师提要求？
- 我和领导都是trustee。因娃还未成年，我们需要监护人guardian和监管人trustee。这两个职责，由同一个人担任比较好，还是分给两个人？
- 如果两个trustee先后过世，娃就要交继承税，因为过了5。43m的最高限额。律师建议设立AB trust。有没有必要因为estate tax return去设立一个比较复杂的AB trust？
- 娃满18岁时会不会自动转为继承人？
