It should be "hear hear"

"hear hear" expresses the speaker's agreement with something else.
"ditto" means "same".

e.g.

Mom: Frank, you are grounded. Alice, ditto for you.
vs.
Mom: Frank, you are grounded. Alice: hear hear!
