说难听点就是钻空子。

如果万一B2签证被拒,楼主一定要有backup plan,因为孩子是不可能被退回去的(也许可以退??)。
-As for the risk, it might exist everywhere and in everything, and even we may fail down to the ground and our head get hit when we walk out of the door, but we still have to walk, don't we? The chance for the child to get the B-2 visa is not small. Even If the child can not get the B-2 visa eventually, there are still other choices to bring the child to US though some choices may be somewhat complicated. If the adopting parents love the child, it deserves to pay the price just like many native US citizens adopted the children from China.
