车祸,Bad day for me, I am mad

What a day!
我昨晚上在路边泊车， 被一白人妇人开车撞了。
事情是这样的。 我开一minivan, 想买点fastfood给在购物的LP. 看到路边有一泊位
就想泊那。由于泊位较小，我的minivan不容易进。泊位前后都有车。那路只有一条line. 没有多少车来往。当我开始时，我确信没有车。我到进到出了2,3 次。在我的车后半部进去，前半车头仍在路中央时（伸出不太多），我注意到有两辆车从后面来了。我马上停制动作。想等车过去再说。 第一辆车绕开我，慢慢驶过。第二辆车没有减速或绕开，而是直行以它的乘客側门撞在我车的前轮上， 并划过。我的车左前轮悬挂被撞坏，没法控制了。她的车乘客側门was broken and crashed. Police 一个小时后到。我告诉police,说我要从泊位出来， stopped when I saw the cars. Police 给我罚单， 说我阻碍交通。那白人妇人有权直行， 撞我白撞。 我真觉得冤枉。我说没别的选择在那情况下，停下来是最好的做法。因为我车出来，她照样撞我。而且她看见我了。但police 不想argue with me. 说我可以和他上法庭。我真的气疯了。晚上都没吃饭。 那妇人居然打电话给911时，和她的保险公司，说我撞了她。 I told her ,” you are a liar!”
真心请教我该怎么办。我决心上法厅。我能不能赢？这事真是太令我气愤了。
