如果你是在City Hall领的Marriage Certificate,就应该是法律承认的婚姻,你就应该算是married了....

我就是在City Hall领的Marriage Certificate,在拿到之前我们在court上宣誓和互换戒指了,不经过这个程序是拿不到Marriage Certificate的,.....
