看来你敌情观念不强，被骗子耍了。前车主要是真回国了，你只能认栽了。

加拿大车子过户时没有像美国那样的title transfer, 但要填写Transfer / Tax Form，上面有卖家的信息，要是现在查无此人，那也就完了。

其实在你们那个Transfer / Tax Form里，明确地告诫买主：
The purchaser is advised to check for liens and encumbrances with the Personal Property Registry, Victoria, BC before finalizing the sale.
