去年九月我在Amazon买了Samsung Smart TV，最近突然不能看了

和Samsung交涉后，他们不uphold one year warranty，因为是从unauthorized seller买的。虽然他们的warranty并没有规定要authorized seller。
Amazon和seller说已经超过30天了，他们无法帮助。

请教：接下来还可以做什么？
