如果您人在美国，可直接向你所在 county的labor department 投诉，大部份州都禁止在办公室或公众场所中抽烟，同时如果担心您的健康受威胁，可向你所在 county的health department 投速，一般这两条应该可以stop您的同事在办公室中吸烟
