citi bank issued sears card 不合理收费

去年12月用Citi Bank SEARS card 在SEARS买了68元东西，此后向 结账的人更新了地址，结果,银行还是寄到原地址，我没有收到，现在接到电话180late fee. 电话打给他们， 他们说没办法waive late fee, 请问接下来 办？
