～～@@紧急求大家帮助！！！大雨后flood, 长霉,要求mold inspection，结果房东中止合同！！！但我不想搬家啊？？？！！！

好几个月以前一次大雨半夜水流进屋，房东最后在我要求下找专业公司查到客厅有水，但没有找他们治理，他自己换了客厅的强化木地板。

现在客厅2面墙角木板（好像叫baseboard）表面全长绿色霉，
房东把严重的那块板取了，另一块只用 lowes 买的mold control的东西喷了。客厅地板缝隙也多处发霉，是我自己搽干净的，房东也不想再换地板。

2个小小孩的房间也是靠窗的墙的baseboard发霉，床下和衣柜的地板都也像客厅地板缝隙一样也多处发霉，是我自己搽干净的。

本来我都同意换上新的baseboard就好了，结果又发现另一个closet地板和baseboard也发霉了，所以我就要求mold inspection，结果房东不做mold的处理了，而且说我空调开得不够，盒子堆多了，（但堆盒子的地方是mold最少的地方）要直接中止合同！！！

但我不想这么快搬家啊，我有心里准备他们会给涨房租，但我们在住，他们就应该除掉剩下的mold啊？两小孩的房间当时霉味非常重了，所以我都自己花了好几天时间清理了地板。

请问我改怎么办？？？？实在搬，能拒付房租吗？一年合同本来8/15到期，房东今天给我30days notice，要我7/31搬家。我交了一个月的deposite，怕他们扣我钱，我应该拒付7月－8/15的最后一个半月的房租吗？房租7/5号到期还没有交，我从来没有不交过房租，这最后的一个月（如果照他们要求7/31搬），或者一个半月（照lease的8/15）如果不交房租，他们来得及eviction我吗？我在tn。

被弄成eviction我是不是很亏啊？？从此就有记录跟我一辈子了吗？？？？？我的信用记录可是快900啊，有了eviction是不是找工作，找房子，申请信用卡都会有不好影响了啊？

为了防止这个，我是不是应该把我的房租交给court escrow account,这样他们就不能evict 我了吧？？请问我可以自己去弄吗？程序怎样呢？要多少手续费呢？
