1. small claim court issue judgment, and you don't like it

2. appeal to court appellate court, asking for void judgment and reopen the case
2.1 in appellate court, usually you cannot add new evidence,

3. appellate court agrees, judgment voided, case returned to small claim court.

4. you go to small claim court with the SAME case, but adding NEW evidence, asking for whatever you want.
