To establish fraud, you have to prove that (1) the other party misrepresented facts, (2) you "reasonably" relied on the misrepresentation to enter into a contract.

人家虽然广告是写2004，但是车有产权title，你也可以去查VIN的历史，自己搞不清楚是2003的，确实是你自己的责任。你以前做的，没有人会认为是“reasonably" relied, 所以基本上没有什么希望赢 。
