房客把所有家具都偷走了

今天房子租期到，我去收回房子，发现房客把锁全给换了，还把所有家具都搬走了。家具大概1万多块钱吧。懂行的说说房客是不是犯了刑事罪？我应该怎么告他？谢谢帮助。
