谢谢 版主單身老貓-，柠檬椰子汁- 和 N。 的回复，这么快。我就是单位雇员，没有自己的Business. But 也可能会有 civil litigation lawsuit，比如 Malpractice etc..我想问一下 Living trust fund 有这样的功能吗？

我知道 living trust fund 可以避免 probate process if grantor 死亡。 但是如果 grantor 人活着，这个 living trust fund 有什么作用吗？
