医生建议剖腹生子，计划是本年底或来年初，昨日听一个同事讲

果然有此说吗？因为医生给的两个日子前后差几天，我若选年底，若能退回几千，真的是很意外。孩子半年的托儿费都有了，但总觉得不大可能似的。因为以前没想到这个问题。哪位朋友可以回答，果真如此吗？
