伊州service of process的法律 http://www.serverlinks.com/rules-of-process/illinois-2/ 里面包括，什么人能够送传票，怎么送传票，等等，请仔细阅读。不想花钱就要自己用功。

1. 可以用certificiate mail寄给她吗? 需要什么证明材料说她收到

不可以，只有给公司送诉状才可以用信。see 735 ILCS 5/2-203. Service on individuals.

2. 可以我自己面对面交给她吗? 需要有在场的证明人或者录音录像吗?

不可以，法律规定必须是"a private person ... not party to the law suit".

3. 请第三方交给她可以吗? 她的室友可以么? 或者这个 第三方需要什么资格?
室友可以，必须是： “(2) by leaving a copy at the defendant’s usual place of abode, with some person of the family or a person residing there, of the age of 13 years or upwards, and informing that person of the contents of the summons, provided the officer or other person making service shall also send a copy of the summons in a sealed envelope with postage fully prepaid, addressed to the defendant at his or her usual place of abode, "

另外，关于sheriff不能进入的问题，你的租客平时来客，也需要buzz in，sheriff来了，租客可以BUZZ IN，警员也可以找大楼管理员开大楼的门。

但是警员不会进入租客的私人单元。他只会敲门，如果没有人答，警员会离开；如果室友开门，警员会问清身份，按以上标准决定是否可以把传票留下；如果被告开门，警员会直接送递。如果送递，警员给将把室友或者被告的身体特征填在return of process里面，已做见证。

其他送传票人员，也需要有以上送递手续。
