Report a bad lawyer

First, you have to know the in which state the lawyer is licensed to practice. Then, google the website of that state's Bar Association. Each state's Bar Association has a moral/ethical conduct committee to handle complains about lawyer's bad behaivor. The website of the Bar Association should tell you how to report a lawyer (use email or a 800 hotline.)
