Your statements are completely useless. In order to have the ticket dismissed, you need to show one of the following:

1) the accident is caused by someone else
2) there is no accident as described,
3) the accident is caused by something completely unexpected.

You failed to achieve it because, according to your statements, 1) accident happened 2) no one else was at fault 3) you knew that it was snowing.

The best you can do is to get a less severe charge. (What is your charge anyway?) For example, you failed to have a good set of tires. So if I were you, I will keep it very simple. Something like: the snow made the car out of control temporarily. Make sure you mention your good driving record first, if it is true. DO NOT LIE.
