Your Honor,

The car accident on 2/24/2015 was not caused by my carelessness, and the ticket should be dismissed.

Please spell/grammar check following paragraph

"At that time, I was ddriveing very slowly down the hill . However, the weather was hazavdous , and the road condition is bad, My car slopped when I drove down the hill. I tried to stop, but it did not work. In this situation, I saw that the lane next to me did not have any car so I tried to move toward that lane, but  unfortunately , my car's tail still bumped on the tail of   the car that was in front of me."

To support my explaination,  here is the weather report of 2/24/2015, obtained from <list web site here>, submit for evidence.

The accident was unavoidable because of the weather and road condition beyond my control.  The ticket of "careless driving" (what was the ticket about anyway?) was erronously issued.

Thank you very much!

NEVER apologize, NEVER say "I will drive more careful in the future".  Because if you apologize you are admiting guilt.
