All of the laws we enforce make it illegal to fire, demote, harass, or otherwise “retaliate” against people (applicants or employees) because they filed a charge of discrimination, because they complained to their employer or other covered entity about discrimination on the job, or because they participated in an employment discrimination proceeding (such as an investigation or lawsuit).
一旦递上材料,公司就不敢动你。否则就是自己给自己找官司。大公司这点水平还是有的。
没有法律保护,我也会建议想开一点,但是如果有法律保护,坚决要利用法律保护自己。
最后回你一句,做美国人,不要延续中国忍受思想,别人骂了你就要反击。这个事情抛开,想想你自己对自己孩子的建议,有没有自己中国思想的局限性,是不是让孩子对歧视也是一笑了之。来了美国为了什么?就是一个人权。
