Paypal也是只需要email註冊。Paypal只需要link a bank account or credit card。 如果沒有bank or credit card，可以要求Paypal給你寄check（extra charge）。

Paypal.cn還可以直接deposit進china bank。

Amazon only ask TAX ID if you choose US resident option. Otherwise, not TAX ID needed.
