签约了，发现deck没有co

纽约长岛房， 签约了，贷款办了，同时律师那边也在跟进title search, survey inspection等等。。今天律师楼打来说backyard的deck没有co， 给三个选择， 1. 叫屋主拆了。 2. 叫屋主拿$1000credit, 说是怕日后county 找麻烦，我需要自己拆的话，就用这钱了。 3. 叫屋主办co （可能性几乎为零， 花钱，花时间）。
我希望有deck，不想拆。 但有点当心日后county 找麻烦。 现在的问题不是这房子还要不要，我肯定要的，什么都办齐全了。律师楼那边也说他们办理过类似案件， 问题不大， county找麻烦机会不大。 只是我以后卖房子也会有同样问题。

这里有朋友有同样的经历嘛？特别是纽约的。谢了。。。
