divorce pls help

plan to divorce with my wife. very reluctant but it is a must. she lives for her mom and not for herself. she doesnt love anybody except her mom. her mom dominate our marriage. i keep telling her marriage is about her and me is not about her and parents. she disagree. she keep complaining what people have not done to her but not what she has done to others.

Anyway, my staus is H1B. she is a F-1 and her immigration status will be terminated next April. We have a baby daughter one year old. wife is searching for job now. my biggest concern is that if my daughter goes with her mom. twenty years later, my daughter will become the second copy of my mom-in law. sigh, it will damage her future. crying. my wife said she will not divorce and will revenge. i want to break up now. cannot tolerate her and her mom now.


how can i get my daughter more likely? if i sent my daughter back to china with her mom, can i get the custoday if her mom file divorce with me in china? perhaps i will never get a chance to see my daughter after she goes to china. she was born in usa. i have nothing except 20k saving and one used car. what is the best place to file a divorce, china or america? thank you
