我没区分开，是根据这个案子的缘由，我不明白，是因为不懂为什么争议这么大

其一，他们81年结婚，92年离婚，不管女孩是谁的，婚内他都应该有抚养责任，这是我说的custody right，而他没有履行。“Mr Vince moved out the following year – although Ms Wyatt insists they did not finally separate until some years later”。

其二，他们婚后有一子，“They married that December and had a baby boy, Dane, in May 1983”，他照样没管，因为当时没钱，法院没有判他付赡养费，由女方独自养大。

其三，女方要的不叫赡养费，叫“make a claim for financial provision”，所以不是推翻以前的判决，或者考虑时间因素。
