I have waited more than eight months while the Agency told me while interviewing that I only needed to wait two or three months. I sent in numerous inquiries through national service center, direct letters, private channel, etc., but no response at all. Finally, I talked to our local Congressman's office and he pushed the agency office to hold a local service eventually.

By the way, this agency is Chicago office. Too much delay recently.
