2001年，用现金转换了500股IDEC的股权。IDEC 和Biogen 于2003年合并，合并后原IDEC 股票一股换一股合并后的BIIB, 共计500股。股票一直在E*trade 帳户上。去年卖出200股时被告之帐户上BIIB 股票只剩200股了。
过去三个月一直在与E*trade 交涉，他们查了很久，最近说那100股于2005年转出。问他们转给了谁？回复不知道。问到谁授权的，有记录吗？说查不到。他们只保留文档七年。事情悬在这里。
我可以告上法庭，但先问问大家有无其它途径解决问题。上法庭是最后的选择。
