we moved out of an apartment 6 months ago,manager said everything is fine when we left,but we still hvn't not got renting deposit back including parking remote deposite.
Manager said he is only emplyee of owner,but we never saw owner before,only know company's name by contract,manager told us owner's name,we went to arbitration,but neither owner nor manager didn't show up,arbitrator said even they judg them should pay us back,we hv to find owner and ask money by ourselves.Actually we even don't know where is owner,and if owner's name is really like that,but the only one we know there is manager,he said is totally none of his business at all,how can do then?
Arbitrator said only court hv enforecement right,but we have to additional money to go to court besides $50 we paid already for arbitration.
p.s.:1.contract only hv company's name.
2.the company address which manager gave to us is only mail box in post office,the guy theer said we r not first one there to look for this company.
3.I checked by internet use owner's name which manager gave to me,the phone No.of him is wrong,lady said she oned this No.for two years already.
