请教工资问题

请问离开大公司快两个月了，HR一直在说公司workflow系统在搞，（离开公司时间改变）欠的工资没发，其中一直有HR和manager邮件发工资邮件，这种情况工资会发吗？对万一诉讼有时间过期之说吗？
