我的租约有这一条续约条文：

Renewal: Either party may terminate this Lease at the end of the term by giving the other party thirty (30) days of notice prior to the end of the term. If neither party gives notice of termination, the Lease will automatically renew for an additional period of twelve months upon the same terms and conditions as stated herein.
有人说租约里有这一条可能是违法的。这样租客就不算break lease,我也只能扣他们没付的2月1号到2月8号的钱。
但租约有这一条并不违法，那是不是又不一样了？麻烦您回去看我那旧帖，给我出出主意，谢谢。
