I am not recommending any particular one of them.  They are the top patent firms in US by objective standard.  Find one that suits you.

Go to their website, look at their attorney's names, many are Chinese. Do no only believe in "white male" attorneys.  Chinese-American attorneys are just as good.  The key is to look at attorney's education to make sure they have bio-medical degree that suits your technical area.
Cost should not be your first priority. Quality is.

On the other hand, Chinese clients has a reputation of being cheap, so most top firms might not even deal with you.
