出租房有一个lien

4年前，我一个出租房漏水（从外面山上）了，叫了一家公司来修理，这家公司在屋里有水的地方放了几片塑料。它不能防止外面山上来的漏水。

我支付了材料费用，没要这家公司了。

然而，这家公司把 lien 放在我租住的房子上（我没有得到通知）说我没有付工钱。

 

今天我尝试再refinance我的房子时注意到有这个lien.

 

我能做些什么来消除这个 lien？
