It is a stable society because everypne can have chance
to get justice from Judge.

It is not like China---the judge usually messed up
people 's life.

USA judge is almost always doing his (or her) best to
judge who is right.

So all should respect the judge's decision...and indeed almost all people respect judge (not layer though) in USA.
