If you want to fight it, you have to look at the time on your ticket, and prove
(1) the date/time on the ticket is NOT between sunset to sunrise. You can google the date and your location's sunset time and find out if that is true or not.

or
(2) the atmosphere condition was good, you need to check the weather record of the date of the ticket.

Other than that, you have to pay the fine.
