关于赠予的问题

如果配偶的父母赠于配偶一笔存款. 配偶放在他的个人账号内. 这笔钱算是夫妻共同财产,还是配偶个人财产.如果算配偶个人财产,他应该出具什么样的证据呢?请懂这方面法律的朋友给些建议.谢谢!
