Question

A only covers his damaged wood tiles. But wood floors need to be finished. A already paid his part.

Now B damaged wood tiles in different room than A did. B needs to finish whole home as well.

Because A paid to finish whole home, should B not finish whole home? How should A sue B?

In my opinion, B should pay damaged wood tiles and also finish whole home. Am I right?
