请教單身老貓：房子CLOSE 10 个月后发现屋顶漏水，应该是前屋主隐瞒问题

房子CLOSE 10 个月后发现屋顶漏水， PLYWOOD已经烂掉了。找GENERAL CONTRACTOR来
看，说已经漏了超过一年了，应该是前屋主刻意隐瞒不报，他在地下室还用FOAM把潮湿
的BEAM掩盖起来。请问大家这种情况下我能告前屋主吗？

另： 我的 HOME INSPECTOR （SAM HUNG, 在新泽西执业） 什么也检查不出来，哎，惨
痛教训， INSPECTOR一定要找好。
