depends on if you want to just pay for saving  trouble or stand for your rights. To be honest, if it is really about copyright, they should take him to court then low the PRICE from $3800 to $800. Meanwhile, they needs to provide they lawfully gained IP address and download infor, and the person they suing was exact the person conducted the act.....can they sue those who provide free wifi ?
