我的车和自行车顺向刮碰，求教！

一个月前我去机场，街道两边都有临时停车，遮住我的视线。。 当我开过去后，一个男子骑车顺向撞在后车门上。我车身留有2道 划痕。有人立即打了救护车来，警察来了后说，我没有责任，也同时说，这些骑车人总出事故。我当日就没有飞成，机票作废。他联系到我保险公司，得到拒赔。已经有律师信函找我的地址（挂号信），我怀疑他没有医疗保险。信我没有打开，没有门牌号码，是门房转给我的。我在纽约曼哈顿，当时我看对方骑车人，车身和人身上都没保护头盔和红灯什么的。。

我要怎么办？
