Should I sue the bus company?

It happen this morning in New York. Before I put my foot on the bus step, the bus door closed with my head in between the door and my whole body still being outside the door and my feet was on the street ground. Then the bus started moving, it pull my head with it. I could not get my head out immediately and had to run with the bus. After the I ran a few steps, the bus drive noticed the incident, stoped the bus and opened the door. I was not injured but felt a little pain on my faces. Should I sue the bus company? Thank you for advice.
