My best friend is planning to go back to China in the near future. He has his EAD and advance parole. But he is worrying about whether he could reenter the U.S. or not by using AP based on his situation.
He was arrested 2 years ago. It was not a bid deal. However, there is his fingerprint record in police station. The case was dismissed long time ago. I told him that he should be careful about this. I remember that everybody needs to finish a form on the airplane. Does anyone know whether he will be required to answer the question like " Have you ever been arrested before?"
Does anybody know about this? Is there any form on which he needs to answer the above question?
Thanks a lot!
