quit job， 最后两个星期的工资拿不到

我是在一个很大的金融公司里做了3个星期的合同工，不喜欢，就QUIT JOB，按合同规定给了他们两个星期的NOTICE， 他们不要，让我干到当天结束就走人。我的所有timesheet都批了。但我只拿到第一周的薪水，后面两周一直没拿到。

我有lega lplan，这样的情况能搞赢吗？
