小弟遇上麻烦了，请帮忙（Public nuisance and violation）

我今天收到一封律师来信(warrant notification)， 代表我们所在城市来收钱，信上说，如果我忽略这封信， 可能会有以下结果：

Any peace officer may serve this warrant at any time at your home, work, or on the road.
The warrant remains active until the Court receives the appropriate reply and/or payment.
You could be subject to non-renewal of your TEXAS DRIVER LICENSE.
If you are a non-resident driver, your license could be suspended.

To avoid possible arrest and other adverse consequences, 我需要配这笔钱，并且给我CITY MUNICIPAL 网站， 还说在这个case结束前， 我可以PLEA OR GO TO TRIAL。

这封信有CITATION 号。

我给他们打电话，说我在今年6月24日，有Public nuisance and violation， 我不知道这是什么东西，莫名奇妙就摊上一个这样的事情。

各位前辈有什么招儿，请指教，万分感谢！
