我以无经济能力上诉，现在这个(上诉律师让付她$35000，她寄来帐单非常不合理，
一个20 字 e-mail, let me pay$150,she charge monthly interst.$500, 我解雇她，她让我付$150 withdraw fee.


现在前夫 并没有与孩子同住，两年来 孩子一直是他奶奶照顾，但是，孩子已经上小学了，需要服导 home work ,老人不懂 English
and drive car, So my son always want to live with mother.

Wal-mart please advice.
