Bad Lawyer laying to me

I need help ASAP, I very unluck, I meet very bad lawyer,
She laying to me. She ever do Appeal for family case before.but
Now,this case lost. She sant unresonable bill $40000 to me.She only
worte two brifes. ( she was let other very youth lawyer worte brifes)
I need advice.
