US law is never 0 and 1, it has decimal point!

On your return trip, you must also show your intent to permanently reside in US, such as family, property, or job in US. So it depends on your individual situation.

If you are rejected for entry, you have one chance of appeal. So do whatever you have to do, don't worry too much.
