不用trust,一般的遗嘱就可以了吧。 就买个turbo will或者download一个模板，

把名字什么的一填，找人witness你签字，就好了。

又，如果孩子是美国公民的话，除非你指定或你在中国的亲属申请，政府不会把孩子送回中国的。 （当然，住forster home应该还不如让国内的亲戚朋友带。）
