每个人都有起诉的权利，关键是找到合理的理由（legal basis）

我不在乎争论的输赢，关键是看你起诉是否能嬴。你的起诉书的法律依据是什么？去找合同,bylaws或者法律条文，然后把对方的做法和法律依据对比，然后再来和我辩论。Such as:

1. the HOA bylaws provides: (a), (b), (c).
the state law provides: (d), (e), (f)

2. the HOA breached the bylaws:
regarding (a) HOA did this and that, (provide five W's: who, what, when, where, how);
(b) those and others, 5xW;
(c)....
the HOA violated state law
regarding (d)...

This is what lawyers do for you. 不要不无边际地杜撰一堆似是而非的道理，那不是嬴的方法。
