Based on your description, he might be a narcissistic personality disorder. 

Tell him (with a strong voice): it is not acceptable to threaten and abuse you or anyone.
Tell him: if he does not pick himself up and leave, you will get a lawyer to sue his axx off. Tell him that he need to pay for the damages he caused to your life.

All bullies are boringly the same. Once you stand up for yourself, the paper tigers will lose their delusional power.
