I assigned exclusive agreement with a buyer agent, one day we saw a house we liked so called the listing agent to show us the house. when we sat down to write offer letter, i told the listing agent we had a contract with a buyer agent, she immediately got upset, she can't be our buy agent, and she did not want to split the commission as the owner did not offer her full commission....

so we left without purchasing the house
