Divorce decree（判令）和Divorce judgement（判决）有什么区别

在领事认证外国出据的离婚判决书时，提到认证certified copy of divorce decree. 
请问Divorce decree（判令）和Divorce judgement（判决）有什么区别。
 
我在Wisconsin州，在Final hearing的时候拿到的是一个12页的文件，里面包含：1.Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment, 共5页，上面显示有出庭情况，法官签名，有Attest date Clerk of Courts等信息；和这份文件钉在一起的还有7页的2.Marital Settlement Agreement。这个和Divorce decree是一个东西吗？
我打电话给court说想要一份certified copy of divorce decree, 他们说就是我拿到的那一份，而且说他们出具的事certifiedcopy of divorce judgement。我想弄清楚，在领事认证时，这一份Judgement是否有用。
